4. Custom Commissions

Custom commission services are subject to the following terms:

• All commission requests require a consultation and design approval process
• A deposit may be required to begin work on custom pieces
• Estimated timelines are approximate and may vary based on project complexity
• Custom pieces are made-to-order and generally non-refundable once production begins
• Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before production commences

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Each resin art piece is handcrafted and unique; variations in color, pattern, and finish are natural and part of the artistic process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resinate Elegance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resinate Elegance LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
